Lalchandani Simon Partner Kubs Lalchandani has been selected to attend the 2017 APAICS National Leadership Academy at the Washington Hilton (1919 Connecticut Ave NW Washington, DC 20009) in Washington, DC on May 15-16, 2017. The APAICS National Leadership Academy brings together a bipartisan group of promising AAPI political leaders from state legislatures, city councils, and local governing bodies all across the country to Washington, D.C.

The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) is a national non-partisan, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting Asian Pacific American participation and representation at all levels of the political process, from community service to elected office. APAICS programs focus on developing leadership, building public policy knowledge, and filling the political pipeline for Asian Pacific Americans to pursue public office at the local, state, and federal levels.

Kubs Lalchandani is co-founder and partner of Lalchandani Simon PL, a specialized law firm designed to assist both start-up and mature businesses expand operations, protect intellectual property, comply with regulations. He counsels clients in various sectors including healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality. In addition to his legal practice, Lalchandani has helped to launch several businesses including United Drug Supply, Inc. 1Apeiron LLC, LS Title, LLC, and various other high growth companies. In the May 2014 edition of Brickell Magazine, Lalchandani was named one of Miami’s Top 20 Professionals Under 40. From 2013 to 2017, Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized Lalchandani as a “Rising Star” in the state of Florida. Lalchandani was also nominated by his peers to receive the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County award. In his spare time, Lalchandani serves on the national board of the New Leaders Council, an organization designed to recruit, train and promote the progressive political entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
