Karen joined Lalchandani Simon as office manager in October, 2016. Prior to joining Lalchandani Simon, Karen worked case managing in Georgia and Florida in different areas of the law such as Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Immigration and Criminal Law.
Before moving to the U.S., Karen’s latest work was at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru, Subdivision of Asia, performing research, classified and updated specific information with respect to the countries of Asia in order to establish and/or reinforce diplomatic relationships. She has collaborated and prepared informative character files for individuals such as the Former President of Peru and Ministry leaders for major political events such APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation).

COMMUNITY WORK
Karen has volunteered teaching English to children between the ages of 4 to 16, assisted individuals in Miami-Dade County with preparation of immigration forms, serves food to the homeless and helps the sisters at the Missionaries of Charity Soup Kitchen.
