Kubs Lalchandani is co-founder and partner of Lalchandani Simon PL, a specialized law firm designed to represent clients in the technology and healthcare sectors. Kubs represents various high-growth companies in legal matters related to the blockchain and virtual currency industry. This area focuses on the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory issues impacting decentralized technologies including cryptocurrencies, decentralized financial (DeFi) platforms, smart contracts, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and other related technologies. In addition to his legal practice, Kubs has helped launch several businesses including United Drug Supply, Inc., Vault Home Collection, and various other high growth companies.

Kubs was a candidate for the Florida State House of Representatives with a platform focused on modernizing the state's technology infrastructure, including implementation of innovative new distributed technologies, and improving the state healthcare system. Kubs was also selected to attend the APAICS National Leadership Academy in Washington, DC. Brickell Magazine named Kubs as one of Miami’s Top 20 Professionals Under 40 and Super Lawyers Magazine has recognized Kubs as a “Rising Star." Kubs was also nominated by his peers to receive the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 40 Under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County award.

In his spare time, Kubs is studying to obtain his winemaking certificate in oenology and viticulture from the University of California at Davis and his diploma in wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Kubs also serves as an “entrepreneur-in-residence” and guest lecturer for entrepreneurship at Cornell University. As a successful entrepreneur and counsel for modern companies, Kubs brings to the practice a wealth of knowledge that enables him to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Lalchandani is pursuing his Wine Sommelier Certification from the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust and enjoys traveling to vineyards around the world.

Lalchandani is also an avid skier and snowboarder and spends much of the winter season in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado.

Lalchandani is also a dog lover and supports a variety of animal support non-profit organizations.
