LS Law Partner Kubs Lalchandani will be guest lecturing at the Cornell Hotel School on October 7, 2021. Kubs, who will be guest lecturing in Professor Adam Klausner’s “Law and the Internet” class, will be discussing a wide array of legal topics currently relevant to Cornell’s technology entrepreneurs. These topics cover the latest trends in the digital world including recent trademark cases, the use of crypto currencies, new state laws regarding biometric privacy, First Amendment issues, and many other topics. Kubs will also be mentoring Cornell students individually in his role as an “entrepreneur-in-residence” at the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship.
